Mediation does not require your presence in my offices. It can be done “virtually” via telephone and/or video conference. It is still the same mediation process without the need to travel. Here are benefits of virtual mediation:

  • Virtual Mediation is convenient: Mediate in the comfort of your own home or office, or from anywhere on the planet.
  • It’s really easy:  Mediation sessions can be set up via telephone or via video conference. I simply send you the link, you sign in, and we commence the process. You can mediate using your phone, your computer, or your tablet.
  • Creates a “safe virtual space” for fruitful conversations: Virtual mediation can remove the feeling of being uncomfortable being together in the same room. Traditional, in-person mediation can, in some cases, create a “chilling effect” that prevents participants from addressing important issues. Virtual mediation creates a safe space, removes that impediment and allows parties to have safe, meaningful exchanges.
  • Lose less time from work: With the elimination of travel time, many of my clients simply mediate during their lunch break,

I have had great success with this model in matrimonial, family, commercial and workplace conflicts. For more information, please give me a call. I will be happy to provide you with more information.
